The failure of my main laptop power supply has significantly hindered by desire to blog my trip to ETech. You?d think there would be computer shops in downtown San Diego ? think again. The schedule of the conference (and the fact the BBC is paying me to attend sessions not travelling to out-of-town shopping malls) means that I havn?t been able to buy a replacement.
Fortunately, I also bought my BBC laptop with me ? however it doesn?t have wireless (VPN security measure) and so it is somewhat difficult to actually get onto the network here at the conference.
However, I have been writing notes and will post some entries soon?
that sucks..
damn shame.
