They may be charging you for the picture message as data transfer.

It would probably best to give them a call and ask why you are being charged and what can be done to prevent it in the future.

please could someone tell me why if i am sent a photo by text which i have not requested tesco charge me on my pay as you go and wipe out my credit and i never get the download, are they allowed to do this? twice i have lost all my credit because someone has decided to send photos to me
