I searched 'hepatitis c' and checked the first 15 pages of entries (saddd!) and NOT ONE mention of 'My Hepatitis C' Weblog, which has a Google rating and, on an ordinary Google search, is the second item listed. And you're right - the first two comment spams for months have shown up this week. But if my blog isn't coming up on Google Blog Search - how are the blighters getting at my site?
